Boralex has been providing renewable and affordable energy for over 30 years. The Group, composed of more than 800 employees, operates renewable assets with an installed capacity of over 3 GW and is developing a project portfolio of 6.8 GW in wind, solar, and energy storage.

You, alongside the asset management team, will be responsible for the short and long-term asset management strategies of a portfolio of Wind Projects. You will lead and execute asset management optimization, performance monitoring strategies, stakeholder negotiations and relationship management. You will immediately work with skilled and seasoned resources to ensure sites run safely, efficiently, and compliantly.

Responsibilities

• Asset Management & Optimization: Oversee the long-term performance of renewable energy assets ensuring optimal operation, risk mitigation, and value maximization. Work with internal teams to build and implement asset management strategies and performance monitoring tools.
• Financial Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze energy production, operational costs, and financial performance. Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and reports related to renewable energy projects. Achieve budgetary targets under your responsibility and lead annual budget building and approval process for sites under your responsibility with all stakeholders. Build, review and contribute to financial models.
