Our company is growing and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. This is a newly created, 6-month contract position with the potential to be extended or transition into a full-time permanent position.

You will partner directly with hiring managers across all departments to help build great teams.

What you will be working on:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on ideal candidate profiles, and provide regular updates throughout the hiring process
  • Proactively source hard-to-find candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other social media platforms to strengthen candidate pipelines, including targeted search strategies
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and identify high-quality candidates with a strong alignment to both role requirements and company culture
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Coordinate the transition from candidate to new hire, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience

Who are we looking for?

Essential Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business
  • 3-4 years of experience hiring for niche roles, owning the full recruitment lifecycle for roles varying in level
  • 3-4 years of experience collaborating with hiring managers on sourcing strategies
  • Tech-savvy, with experience navigating and managing website content and online platforms
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and engaging candidates through social media platforms, professional networks, and resume databases.
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring practices

Additional, 'nice to have' Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for a security integrator or similar technical/service-based industry is an asset

Pay: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
