What are your contributions to the team?

Recommend process improvements based on data insights and workflow analysis.

Present data insights, compliance trends, and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision‑making.

Develop and maintain databases for environmental compliance data collection, tracking and risk assessments.

Create dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Teamcenter, and Excel.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and compliance risks.

Support regulatory reporting requirements by collecting and validating data.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow.

Provide support for regulatory monitoring and communication activities to ensure continuity in compliance efforts.

How to thrive in this role?

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

You have excellent communication skills, and you are fully bilingual in both English and French.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

You have at least five (5) years of experience in data analytics or data management role, in aerospace or similar field.

You have good knowledge of manufacturing concepts and processes and the ability to relate them to financial performance.

You have good sense of organization, time management and you demonstrate autonomy.

PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI) and advanced Excel.

Experience with Teamcenter is an asset.
