Role Overview:

You will be a part of the Server Infrastructure team at BNP Paribas India Solutions, responsible for supervising, monitoring, and developing the Server of the regional Hub in the India region. Your role will involve liaising with BNP Paribas Head Offices where major banking applications are hosted, playing a crucial role in decision-making processes around IT investment, client and supplier relationships, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop real-time and batch data pipelines using tools like Apache NiFi, Apache Kafka, and Apache Airflow.
• Implement and maintain ETL/ELT processes to ensure data quality and integrity across various data sources.
• Integrate and manage data flows across diverse systems using NiFi and Kafka topics.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of data pipelines, proactively troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to develop meaningful Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Maintain documentation for data workflows, processes, and architecture.

Qualifications Required:

• Strong experience with Apache NiFi for data flow management.
• Expertise in Kafka, including streaming data, Kafka Connect, and schema management.
• Proficiency in Apache Airflow for orchestrating workflows.
• Solid understanding of SQL, including writing complex queries, tuning, and indexing.
• Experience working with the ELK stack Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana.
• Experience with Power BI for data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and data lake architecture.
• Proficient in English with good interpersonal and communication skills.
