Credit Analyst - Energy Resource Infrastructure (Maharashtra)

RISK ANALYSIS AND MONITORING

• Monitoring of clients / transactions risks post-closing for a portfolio of allocated clients / transactions, including without limitation:
• As relevant attendance to bank meetings, site visits, client calls / meetings to collect and understand necessary information to perform credit analysis and prepare related reports
• Prepare annual reviews on time, handle waiver/amendment requests on time, check that covenants, reporting documents, conditions subsequent are duly met as per the documentation, and generally handle all internal processes post-closing
• Support RM/SBOs during the KYC renewal process
• Run and/or maintain financial models as needed
• Familiarize him/herself with the financing and project documentation
• Familiarize him/herself with the internal rating model, relevant procedures (credit, ESG)
• Liaison with Middle office / CTM and Booking Center, as well as with Agency when relevant
• Present in and/or attend credit committees
• Contribute to asset management (possible sell-down/secondary sale/insurance or increase of client exposures)
• Support the execution of refinancings, within a team determined by the management on a case-by-case basis, including required credit analysis.
• Ensure timely preparation of quarterly WL/DD reports
• Support restructurings of transactions in portfolio, as appropriate with the support of VPG

INTERNAL INTERFACES:

• Positive interaction with transaction/origination, VPG, coverage, LCTG, other products/mtiers, MO/CTM, Agency and functions for allocated portfolio,
• Continuous feedback provided to other CPM members or other teams on sectorial, technical, regulatory, market etc. developments
• Involvement in transversal topics (e.g. periodic sectorial reviews)

DATA QUALITY:

Data quality work and regular review to ensure, to all the extent possible, correctness of data in BNPP systems (MyCreditApp, RMPM, GCARS, Global Vision, ESG tool, ImpACT, Fisac etc) of allocated clients / transactions.
