As a Data Integration Developer (Level 3) at Blutic, your role involves leveraging your 7-10 years of experience in direct SSIS coding and a minimum of 3 years working with the Health Insurance Domain in the US. Your deep technical expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality code, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Kanban environment. This 100% long-term remote opportunity requires your willingness to work a 9-hour shift between 11 am-11 pm IST with a 3-4 hour overlap on the Pacific time zone.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- **Development & Maintenance**
- Design, develop, and deploy SSIS packages for complex ETL workflows, including data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Create and optimize SSRS reports with interactive dashboards, drill-downs, and parameterized features.
- Write advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for SQL Server databases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in ETL processes and reports.
- **Collaboration & Documentation**
- Work closely with the Onshore Coordinator and Offshore Lead to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Document code, data mappings, and technical specifications in Confluence/Jira.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- **Quality Assurance & Innovation**
- Perform unit testing and support QA teams to ensure defect-free deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, such as CI/CD pipelines and self-service reporting.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies like Snowflake, API integrations, and cloud migrations.
- *Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- **Tools:**
- Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, Confluence.
- Exposure to Snowflake, Power BI, or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with onshore/offshore teams.
- *Valuable to Have Skill:**
- Familiarity with the Healthcare industry and experience with TriZetto Facets is considered a good-to-have skill/experience.
- *Education & Experience:**
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, ETL Tools) are preferred.
- Experience in financial, healthcare, or telecom domains is advantageous.
