- Support project and construction management assignments, from planning through delivery, always keeping scope, budget, and schedule in focus.
- Translate complex data into clean, intuitive visuals and reports that executives, PMs, and field staff can all use with confidence.
- Train colleagues and clients on how to read dashboards, understand the story the data is telling, and apply insights in real time.
- Support the rollout of new BI tools, develop reporting standards, and help teams embrace smarter, faster ways of working.
- Were a small but mighty team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, no boring cubicles here.
Requirements
- 8 years minimum as a data scientist.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or Construction Management).
- Expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, automated refresh pipelines).
- Familiarity with engineering and construction project management concepts, budgets, schedules, risks, deliverables.
- Hands-on experience with project controls tools: Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, PMIS systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for making data approachable.
- Experience presenting to executives and mentoring teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- MUST BE RESIDING IN THE U.S.

- Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience with public works, utilities, or transportation projects.
- PMP or other project management certification.
- Background in process improvement, automation, or system integration.
