As our Data Centre business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced

Talent Acquisition Lead who is passionate about identifying exceptional talent, partnering with business leaders, and building high-performing project teams.

What You'll Do

As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be the trusted recruitment partner for our Data Centre Projects business, driving hiring strategies that enable project success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and translate them into effective hiring plans.
• Leading end-to-end recruitment for engineering, project management, and support functions across our Data Centre Projects.
• Coaching and mentoring a team of recruiters, ensuring a high standard of delivery while fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
• Building strong talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, market mapping, networking, employee referrals, and innovative recruitment initiatives.
• Managing niche and business-critical hiring while ensuring an outstanding experience for every candidate.
• Using talent market insights and recruitment analytics to advise business leaders and continuously improve hiring strategies.
• Conducting meaningful candidate assessments that evaluate not only technical capability but also long-term fit with our culture and business.
• Maintaining accurate recruitment data and providing timely hiring updates through our Applicant Tracking System.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys partnering with the business, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in building exceptional teams.

You will ideally have:

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
• At least 3 years of experience hiring for project-based businesses such as Data Centres, EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, MEP, or Industrial Projects.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies for niche and critical talent.
• A data-driven approach to recruitment, with the ability to analyse market trends and recommend hiring solutions.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

This role is based in Hyderabad and will require occasional travel to Blue Star project sites within Hyderabad and other locations as business needs demand.
