Blair Health is on a mission to revolutionize women’s healthcare by closing the specialist access gap. As we grow, we’re looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who is
licensed in Alberta and in at least one other province (British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and/or Quebec).

What You'll Do
- Provide clinical leadership as Blair Health scales, setting the standard for specialist-level virtual women’s healthcare.
- Deliver virtual care focused on menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) and urology and pelvic health, supported by training, mentorship, and Blair’s proprietary technology.
- Represent Blair Health at trade shows and industry events as a spokesperson and ambassador for our brand and mission.
- Participate in future provider hiring, helping to grow and mentor our provider team as demand scales.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to advance care pathways, protocols, and patient outcomes.

What We're Looking For
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with active licensure in
Alberta (CRNA/CRPNA) and one other province (British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario or Quebec).
- Demonstrated clinical leadership experience, ideally in women’s health, primary care, or virtual care.
- Strong interest and/or experience in women’s health.
- Comfort operating in a tech-forward, virtual care environment.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations across Canadian provinces is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient relationship skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building.
