Remote Contracts Specialist - DoD & Government Deals

BlackSea Technologies is seeking a Contracts Specialist responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle. This role involves drafting and negotiating contracts, especially with the Department of Defense and US Government customers. The position is primarily remote with monthly in-person meetings in Baltimore and Bethesda. Applicants must have 5+ years of experience, FAR/DFARS knowledge, and the ability to obtain a US Security clearance. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
