About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cold Email Marketing Specialist to lead and scale our outbound email outreach efforts. This role is central to our lead generation engine — you will be responsible for identifying the right prospects, crafting targeted messaging, and executing campaigns that generate qualified B2B opportunities for our clients in the US market.

What You Will Do
- Plan, build, and execute cold email outreach campaigns with a focus on B2B lead generation and pipeline development.
- Research and develop targeted prospect lists aligned with defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Write personalized, high-converting email sequences that drive opens, replies, and qualified conversations.
- Set up and manage outreach automation and multi-step sequences using tools such as Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake, or HubSpot.
- Run structured A/B tests on subject lines, email body copy, and calls-to-action to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and maintain email deliverability standards — including domain warm-up, sender reputation management, and spam compliance.
- Track and analyze key campaign metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversion rates) and present actionable insights for optimization.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure outreach efforts are aligned with broader revenue goals.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to relevant email marketing regulations including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in cold email marketing, outbound lead generation, or demand generation — preferably in a B2B context.
- Strong copywriting ability with a demonstrated capability to craft email sequences that convert.
- Proficiency with cold email platforms such as Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake, Apollo, or HubSpot.
- Experience using prospecting and data tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or ZoomInfo.
- Solid understanding of email deliverability best practices, including domain warm-up processes and inbox placement strategies.
- Data-driven approach with experience in A/B testing, performance tracking, and campaign analysis.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales and marketing stakeholders.
- Must have strong internet connection & own laptop
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
