The candidate will be responsible for developing server-side logic, integrating third-party services, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications using Node.js.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.
Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices.
Work with frameworks like Express.js. Integrate databases and data storage solutions. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability .
Implement security and data protection measures .
Write reusable, testable, and efficient code. Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
Required Skills &
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 4–5 years of hands-on experience in backend development with Node.js.
Strong proficiency in Java Script and asynchronous programming .
Experience with frameworks such as Express.js or Nest JS.
Experience with databases: Mongo DB My SQL Postgre SQL Experience with version control systems like Git. Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker. Understanding of microservices architecture and API integrations .
Preferred Qualifications Experience working with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services. Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
Experience with message queues like Apache Kafka or Rabbit MQ. Familiarity with front-end technologies like React or Angular is a plus.
