Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Node.js Developer with 6-7 years of experience to build scalable backend services and APIs. The candidate will be responsible for developing server-side logic, integrating third-party services, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications using Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.
• Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with frameworks like Express.js.
• Integrate databases and data storage solutions.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability .
• Implement security and data protection measures .
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in backend development with Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and asynchronous programming .
• Experience with frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.
• Experience with databases:
• MongoDB
• MySQL
• PostgreSQL
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and API integrations .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience with message queues like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like React or Angular is a plus.
