Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Reporting Analyst at Black Rock Digital, your role will involve collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to support strategic decision-making and performance optimization across multiple digital channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting, consolidating, and validating data from various sources such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and marketing databases to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting systems.
  • Analyzing marketing campaign performance metrics like CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and ROI across digital channels to identify trends, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining automated dashboards and performance reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio to present actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting A/B testing analysis, measuring campaign experiments, and assisting in interpreting test results to scale winning strategies.
  • Assisting in building forecasting models and predictive analysis reports to support campaign planning and performance projections.
  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and strategy teams to align reporting insights with business goals and effectively communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications required for this role include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing reporting, marketing analytics, or performance reporting roles.
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and advertising platform reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Excel (advanced), Python, or R for data analysis preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and reporting accuracy.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • International client reporting experience preferred.
