Are you detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and enjoy hands‑on work? We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our growing production team. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of mechanical systems.

Whether working with tools, troubleshooting issues, or ensuring the quality of finished products, our Assembly Technicians are essential to producing high‑quality goods and contributing to the efficiency of the production line.

Salary Range: $18–$21

Your tasks

• Construct mechanical/controls items in an industrial facility
• Full line assembly – start/finish
• Participate in continual process improvement
• Responsible for the safe use of basic shop tools and equipment
• Keep the work area clean and orderly
• Follow all quality processes and procedures as established
• Must be able to sit or stand and lift to 50 pounds infrequently
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor

Your profile

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade Degree, or equivalent experience
• One year of basic mechanical assembly or related experience preferred
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to lead team projects and work within team projects
• Problem‑solving – investigate root cause and suggest workable solutions
• Deductive reasoning – apply general rules to problems to produce sensible answers
• Communicate effectively, present, and influence credibly at all levels
• Strong time management skills, urgency, and aptitude for prioritizing tasks across multiple projects
