Job description
This position is based at the Tiverton project site.
It requires successful completion of required security screening and site access requirements.
What You Will Be Working On
- Perform inspections of mechanical systems, equipment, piping, and installations.
- Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Complete inspections, walkdowns, surveillance activities, and testing documentation.
- Support Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), turnover packages, and quality records.
- Identify and document deficiencies, NCRs, and corrective actions.
- Participate in commissioning, system turnover, and project closeout activities.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and records.
- Promote a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of QA/QC, inspection, or mechanical construction experience.
- Experience in industrial, power generation, infrastructure, manufacturing, or nuclear environments.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Familiarity with inspections, testing, turnover documentation, and NCR management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in nuclear or other highly regulated environments is considered an asset.
- CWB, ASME, CSA, or related quality certifications are considered assets.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain required nuclear security clearance and site access.
- Successful completion of background screening and client-specific clearance requirements is required.
