Construction Manager for Multi-Project Oversight

Take charge as a Construction Manager overseeing multiple concurrent DCC Cold Lake projects at Bird. Leverage your expertise in leadership, coordination, and decision-making in a dynamic construction environment.

This senior role is focused on supervising a variety of projects in the IOP and QRA Work Programs. You will coordinate with Project Managers, Site Superintendents, and other teams to maintain safety and efficiency. Your experience will be critical in managing interdependencies and ensuring the quality of execution across diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction execution across multiple projects
• Coordinate between Project Managers and Site Superintendents
• Ensure adherence to Bird's construction standards and processes
• Manage project constraints and sequences efficiently
• Maintain communication with Bird's Project Director on issues

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of construction experience
• Background in institutional or high-security projects
• Prior role as Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager
• Proven client interface skills at a senior level
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
