This position, reporting to the Senior Payroll Manager, focuses on overseeing payroll remittances and ensuring compliance with company policies. You'll support month-end and audit reporting while collaborating with various stakeholders to improve payroll processes. Your leadership will foster a productive payroll team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approve payroll remittances and ensure compliance
- Reconcile general ledger accounts accurately
- Support month-end and quarterly reporting requirements
- Collaborate with Digital Services on system enhancements
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Business or Accounting
- CPA designation or significant relevant experience
- Relevant payroll or HR accounting experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage deadlines effectively
