Bilingual Broker Service - Sales Rep (French and English required)

Introduction

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Broker Service - Sales Rep to join a growing and supportive insurance team serving clients across Canada. This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in Canada.

Compensation: $60,000 to $65,000 base salary, plus monthly performance bonuses of approximately $5,000 to $10,000 annually, for total expected earnings of approximately $70,000 to $75,000 per year.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of the personal insurance team, you will support clients by identifying their insurance needs, providing tailored recommendations, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide personalized insurance solutions
• Support sales development through follow-ups, renewals, and lead management
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts
• Provide guidance on home and auto insurance products
• Prepare quotes, submissions, and policy updates accurately and efficiently
• Maintain detailed and organized client records within brokerage systems
• Collaborate with underwriting partners and internal teams to support client needs
• Stay informed on market trends, insurance products, and underwriting guidelines
• Deliver professional and timely customer service across all client interactions

Qualifications

• Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written
• Valid AMF license required (for home and auto insurance)
• RIBO license is considered an asset or willingness to obtain it within one year
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, including home and auto insurance
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using brokerage management systems and insurance company portals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
