Bilingual Customer Service & Warranty Coordinator (French/English)

They are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service & Warranty Coordinator to join their close-knit team in Orangeville. This position has become available due to an upcoming retirement, providing an excellent opportunity for long-term career growth within a supportive environment.

Unlike a traditional high-volume call centre, this role is primarily focused on email communication, warranty processing, account administration, and customer support.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review and process warranty claims
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Maintain customer accounts and program information
  • Process documentation accurately using internal software
  • Communicate with customers in both French and English
  • Assist with limited after-hours roadside support on a rotating schedule
  • Maintain confidential customer information
  • Provide administrative support as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Professional fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Comfortable learning new software and systems
  • Reliable, organized, and process-oriented
  • Able to work independently after training
  • Must be able to commute to Orangeville for onsite training

Additional Information

  • Monday–Friday
  • 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
  • Fully onsite during training (approximately six months)
  • Rotational after-hours support from home with additional compensation
  • Candidates must have maintained a Canadian residential address for the past five years due to security clearance requirements.
