BIGSHOT REALTY – Real Estate Advisory Firm works directly with real estate developers in Mumbai, providing end-to-end sales and marketing support. We undertake sole selling (sales mandate) assignments for unsold inventory, operating on mutually agreed targets and pricing through contractual or retainer-based engagements.

Qualification · Graduation (Compulsory) · MBA / PGDM in Sales or Marketing (preferred) Experience · 5+ Years in Real Estate Sales · Aspiring Closing Managers willing to become Site Heads can also apply Key Responsibilities · Oversee daily operations at the project site · Manage and lead the sales and sourcing team · Ensure achievement of sales targets and revenue goals · Handle walk-in clients and high-value negotiations/closures · Maintain strong coordination with channel partners and brokers · Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance · Ensure proper lead management and CRM updates · Maintain site discipline, reporting, and documentation · Coordinate with management for strategy and performance review Key Skills · Client relationship management · Conflict resolution · Decision-making ability · Strong follow-up and closing skills Other Requirements · Willingness to travel for site and developer meetings · Ability to work under pressure and meet targets · Strong communication. · Ability to handle high-pressure environment · Strong follow-up & execution skills · Flexible for site visits & meetings Location: Western Suburbs Note: Training will be provided.
