Dead by Daylight is one of the largest live multiplayer games in the world, and after a decade of continuous growth, we are looking for a Senior Director of Quality Assurance to lead the evolution of our quality strategy for the years ahead.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end QA vision, strategy, and execution across all platforms and releases, ensuring that every Chapter, event, patch, and hotfix meets the highest standards of quality, stability, and player experience. You will lead a multidisciplinary QA organization, modernize processes and tooling, and work closely with leaders across Production, Tech, Design, Live Operations, and Publishing to make quality a shared responsibility throughout the studio.
