Job Description

About Us

At BeWell Health Centres we’re reimagining how care is delivered in Ontario — comprehensive, committed, and connected.

We believe in treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis. Our interdisciplinary team includes psychotherapists, social workers, psychiatrists, and psychologists working collaboratively to provide evidence-informed, deeply human care.

Here, you’ll find the resources and support to do your best work — and the freedom to shape your clinical practice in a way that feels authentic to you.

We’re growing — thoughtfully — and looking for clinicians who bring expertise, curiosity, and genuine care to their work.

  • Help track and report on performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and website traffic
  • Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns (content, timelines, launches)
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns including newsletters and promotions
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest content ideas
  • Participate in occasional event coverage and assist with capturing real-time content
  • Be comfortable appearing on camera for social media content when needed
  • Explore and use AI tools (e.g., for captions, ideation, editing) to support content creation

What You Bring

  • 0–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (internships count)
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Strong interest in social media and content creation, with a good understanding of major platforms
  • Basic content creation skills (writing captions, filming/editing simple videos, creating visuals)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance
  • Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a team
  • Comfortable working in person from Mississauga, Hamilton, or Toronto

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience creating content for personal or brand accounts (portfolio or samples encouraged)
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Instagram insights, Google Analytics)
  • Exposure to email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Interest in wellness, mental health, or purpose-driven brands
  • Comfort experimenting with AI tools for content creation

Compensation

BeWell Health Centers offer a range of competitive compensation consistent with your level of credentialing. This role will be based off a salaried role for full-time or hourly for part-time.
