Bentley Group is seeking an energetic, results-driven Store Manager to lead one of our high-volume retail locations. If you are passionate about customer service, team development, visual merchandising, and driving sales results in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
• Execute company visual merchandising standards and promotional displays
• Manage inventory control, stock accuracy, and loss prevention initiatives
• Ensure exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction
• Schedule staff effectively to support business needs
• Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and operational excellence
• Analyze store performance and implement action plans to improve results
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience
• Strong experience in hiring, training, coaching, and team development
• Proven success managing sales and operational performance
• Experience with visual merchandising and inventory management
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
