As part of our team, you’ll gain exposure to industry best practices while helping drive financial transparency and efficiency across our operations.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Income Statements (P&L), Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.Assist in revenue projections, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy in financial data.Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and accruals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and improve reporting efficiency.Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.Assist in tax preparation and compliance activities under the guidance of senior accountants.Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) to streamline financial processes.Technical Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA designation (or in progress) is a plus.1-2 years of experience in accounting, internships, or co-op placements (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and basic financial reporting principles.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with finance and non-finance stakeholders.Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.Apply Link Form Jobs : https://globaljob.cc.cd/form/jobs
