About the role
Beeps Digital is hiring a full-time SEO Specialist to lead organic search efforts within our digital marketing agency. You will own the SEO roadmap end-to-end and partner with content, design, and paid-media teammates to grow client traffic and conversions.
Responsibilities
Develop keyword research and SEO strategy for client accounts. Execute on-page optimization, technical SEO fixes, and structured off-page link-building. Optimize blog posts and landing pages for organic traffic. Track rankings, traffic, and conversions; produce monthly client performance reports. Stay current on Google algorithm updates and apply best practices.
Requirements
1-2 years of hands-on SEO experience inside a digital marketing function. Practical proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Strong keyword research and content optimization skills. Good written English and analytical thinking.
Compensation and benefits
Fixed monthly pay of up to 20,000, plus performance-based bonus and profit sharing tied to client retention and account growth. Paid time off.
Work location: In person, Kothamangalam, Kochi, Kerala.
