Job Description

BeatRoute's marketing team ships constantly: vertical campaigns, pitch decks, podcast assets, CXO event graphics, LinkedIn series, outbound creatives across multiple geographies. We need a designer who can own all of it visually.

What you'll actually do

  • Design LinkedIn carousels, ad creatives, social media visuals
  • Build pitch decks and sales presentations for enterprise prospects across multiple industries
  • Create event graphics for CXO roundtables and field marketing activations
  • Develop case study decks, blog covers, website graphics, and brand campaign visuals

Who we're looking for

3 to 8 years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio that shows class.

Specifically

  • You've designed for Enterprise SaaS or a fast-moving agency with Enterprise SaaS clients
  • You're fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • You use AI image tools (Midjourney, Firefly, or similar) as a natural part of your workflow
  • You think in visual systems, not one-off assets. You're building a consistent language across dozens of formats.
  • Motion/After Effects is a genuine plus, not a checkbox

Your portfolio should include at least web design work or social creative series, one presentation deck, and one example of brand-consistent work across multiple formats.
