Job Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities within the large corporate sector.
• Analyze client needs and develop tailored insurance solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within large corporate accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Beacon Insurance Brokers' services to large corporate clients.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, events, and activities that enhance brand awareness and client engagement.
• Collaborate with the internal team to create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Work closely with the sales, underwriting, and claims teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in insurance marketing, with a focus on large corporate clients.
• Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
