Staff Nurse (Intensive Care Unit)

Job Description

• Provide Quality Nursing Care – Deliver safe and effective care, administer medications, perform procedures, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Ensure Patient Safety and Monitor Progress – Monitor patients closely, report clinical changes promptly, and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the Healthcare Team – Assist doctors and allied departments during rounds, procedures, and emergency situations.
• Support the Team and Manage Resources – Supervise junior staff, maintain equipment, manage stock levels, and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Commit to Ongoing Learning – Participate in continuous professional development to maintain CPD points for APC renewal.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing
• Valid LJM (Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia) Certificate
• Valid Annual Practice Certificate (APC) and Retention of Name (RON)
• Post Basic Certificate in Intensive Care Unit
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Intensive Care Unit
