About the Job: Manage non-legal recruitment activities, as well as onboarding & offboarding Identify training and development opportunities to continually expand the administrative staff and paralegal skill levels Coach and develop non-managerial staff on all human resources issues, addressing and resolving employee relations issues Maintain an open and inclusive environment About You: Bachelor's degree is required 10+ years of HR and/or office administration experience in a law firm Outstanding client service skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with the full Microsoft Office Suite About the Compensation and Benefits: $110K-$160K, depending on experience Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
