Creative Contract Recruiter - $35-$38/hr - Arlington, VA

Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a creative contract recruiter to join their team on a long-term temporary basis in Arlington, Virginia.

About The Job:

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for Product Management, Content & Analysis, and Marketing roles from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Partner closely with hiring managers on job requirements, postings, candidate evaluation, and feedback
• Source, screen, and manage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools
• Maintain an active requisition load of approximately 12-15 roles at a time
• Track recruiting activity and candidate progress within the ATS
• Support process improvements and special recruiting initiatives as needed

About You:

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience supporting Product Management & Marketin
• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Hands‑on experience with Workday or a similar ATS
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Exposure to AI recruiting tools is a strong plus
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

About The Position:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
• Hybrid: 4 days onsite

• $35-$38/hr
