Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Consultant with strong Automotive domain expertise to join the Toyota project team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) implementation and support projects with strong understanding of automotive manufacturing and shop floor processes.

The candidate should be capable of working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Analyze business requirements and provide SAP PP solutions aligned with Automotive manufacturing processes

✅ Configure and support SAP PP modules including:

• Production Planning
• MRP
• BOM
• Routing
• Work Centers
• Production Orders
• Capacity Planning

✅ Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams

✅ Support integration with SAP MM, QM, SD, and WM modules

✅ Handle incidents, issue resolution, enhancements, testing, and documentation

✅ Participate in implementation, rollout, support, and hypercare activities

✅ Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support

Required Skills

✔ 5+ years of hands-on SAP PP experience

✔ Strong Automotive industry/manufacturing domain experience

✔ Experience in SAP PP implementation and support projects

✔ Strong knowledge of production planning and shop floor processes

✔ Experience in SAP PP integrations with MM, QM, SD, and WM

✔ Good understanding of manufacturing execution and planning cycles

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Ability to work remotely with global teams

⭐ Preferred Skills

✔ Experience working with Toyota or similar Automotive clients

✔ SAP PP Certification

✔ SAP S/4HANA experience

✔ Experience in rollout and support projects
