Your Opportunity Our North Bay office is looking for a Senior Accountant to join the Assurance team. This is a replacement role where the successful candidate will own the following responsibilities: Effectively perform assurance engagements for private, public and NPO organizations to ensure that relevant professional standards and Firm policies are followed Effectively plan and execute assurance engagements Address client issues in a timely manner, following BDO Policy and using your strong technical skills and accounting experience Apply appropriate industry/business knowledge in anticipating, identifying and addressing issues relevant to the client’s business How do we define success for your role? Your experience and education You have completed or are actively working towards your CPA designation. You have at least 3 years of audit experience in the public accounting industry. You enjoy working within a variety of client industries and are keen to develop further knowledge in this area. You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work. You display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills The expected range of compensation for this role is: $ 62,000 to $ 96,000 Why BDO?
