Family Doctor or Nurse Practitioner – Permanent, Standalone Practice Opportunity

We’re offering a unique opportunity for a Family Physician or Nurse Practitioner to join our welcoming, well-run clinic in a permanent, standalone role. This is an ideal setup for someone looking to establish or relocate their own practice in a bright, newly renovated space—without the need to locum.

What We Offer

Standalone Practice Model – Operate independently and run your practice your way. You'll be responsible for your own billing and administration.

Shared Clinic Space – Rent half of our established specialist office, complete with everything you need to start seeing patients right away.

Modern Facilities – Includes 2 exam rooms and 2 bright, spacious offices, a private bathroom, and a fully equipped on-site kitchen.

Collaborative Opportunity – Work alongside a virtual Cardiologist locum. There’s strong potential for reciprocal referrals, as many of our Cardiology patients are in need of a primary care provider—and vice versa.

Flexible Work Setup – Choose your own hours and enjoy the option to see patients virtually or in-person.

Compensation

You handle your own billings (MSP Fee-for-Service)

Flat rent: Share 50% of the office rent
