The

Graphic Designer (AWF)

will join the Marketing Design & Operations team, supporting both high-concept creative development and high-volume production needs. In this role, you will transform business and marketing objectives into compelling visual designs that align with brand standards and engage a global audience. With a strong foundation in design principles, creative tools, and problem-solving, you will contribute across the full design lifecycle—from ideation to final production.

Reporting to the Design Manager, the Graphic Designer (Contractor) will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets from concept through completion, while also managing large-scale production projects. This position requires the ability to seamlessly shift between strategic, conceptual design work and detail-oriented execution tasks that demand speed, accuracy, and consistency.

You thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment, can manage multiple priorities without compromising quality, and bring expertise in design systems, user-centered thinking, and modern tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative, high-concept creative solutions that translate strategic goals into impactful visual designs.
• Execute high-volume production work across digital and print channels with speed, precision, and attention to detail.
• Balance conceptual design challenges with repeatable production tasks, adapting to changing business needs.
• Ensure all creative deliverables align with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing deadlines and deliverables.
• Prepare and organize final design files for handoff across digital platforms, production teams, or print vendors.
• Apply strong design fundamentals—including typography, layout, color theory, and hierarchy—across all projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing both conceptual creative work and high-volume production projects.
• Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and

Figma

.

• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience using

JIRA

or similar project management software.

• Strong organizational skills with experience creating production-ready assets.
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset, high personal standards, and the ability to deliver quality work with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working remotely with autonomy, accountability, and strong collaboration skills.
