Job description

As an Analytical Chemist at our company, your role involves conducting analytical testing and characterization of chemical compounds/materials. You will be responsible for performing qualitative & quantitative analysis using techniques like UPLC, GC, as well as GCMS & LCMS analysis. Your contribution to R&D projects will include data generation and interpretation with high accuracy & precision. Your tasks will also include maintaining and calibrating instruments to ensure optimal performance, as well as ensuring UpToDate documentation such as ELN writing, periodic report submissions, and presentations. You will be preparing SOPs in consultation with senior chemists or reporting managers, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders including APR/P chemists, management, and suppliers. Furthermore, you will be maintaining project-related inventories as per requirements, following all BASF safety norms and work practices defined by management, and performing assigned team-wide tasks and responsibilities. **Qualifications:** - Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Analytical chemistry **Suggested Competencies:** - Demonstrate Customer focus - Communicate effectively - Drive Innovations As an Analytical Chemist at our company, your role involves conducting analytical testing and characterization of chemical compounds/materials.
