Barakah IT is seeking a proactive Sales and Call Center Executive to expand its client base and drive IT service sales. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, closing deals, and providing exceptional customer support. Job Responsibility
Sales And Lead Generation
Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Present and promote Barakah IT’s services to meet customer needs and close deals.
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Call Handling
Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address further opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend tailored IT solutions.
Maintain detailed records of client communications, leads, and progress using CRM tools.
Reporting And Documentation
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call reports.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve strategies.
Collaboration
