Duties And Responsibilities
- Identifying probable prospect data sources
- Building a robust process of acquiring, validating, uploading and managing prospect data
- Be contact point for rural prospect term loan business.
- Analyse and enrich data – metric driven approach
- Closely work with Call Centre team on campaigns
- Coordinate with Analytics & Risk and continuously review processes and business sourcing
- Reengineer and design optimal processes to maximise productivity at field level
- Create and present various presentations for launch of new ideas (process / product / channel)
- Drive business as per target and track metrics closely
- Field Visits
- Interact with various stakeholders for driving business IT/BIU/COE/Risk
Required Qualifications And Experience
- Graduate with 8-12 years / Post graduate with 5+ years of experience in Sales/product development.
- Understanding of entire product development process – from gap analysis to product launch and post launch evaluation.
- Sound understanding of excel and power point
- Data Analysis – Large data management, SQL
