As a Coordinator, HR Operations at Bain Capability Network (BCN) in India, you will be supporting Talent Management for consulting staff. You will play a crucial role in managing HR processes, interventions, analysis, process improvement, and internal stakeholder communication under the guidance of Senior Specialist HR/Manager HR. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute routine HR operations transactions as per defined processes and supervision. - Manage and support the HRMS (Workday) to ensure data accuracy and alignment with global standards. - Oversee the complete employee offboarding process and ensure real-time data updates. - Assist in collation and preparation of standard payroll, leave, and benefits inputs. - Manage the medical insurance process for all employees and support annual renewals. - Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers for task follow-ups and closures. - Respond to standard employee queries following prescribed guidelines and escalate exceptions. - Prepare standard reports and data extracts using approved formats and templates. - Maintain documentation for audits, compliance, and reconciliations. - Adhere strictly to confidentiality, data privacy, and information security requirements. - Participate in HR projects or initiatives. **Qualifications Required:** - Work experience range of 3-5 years with an MBA in Human resources or 4+ years with a Graduate degree, along with hands-on experience in managing employee lifecycle processes. - Sound understanding of HR function, fundamentals, and talent management processes. - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for managing MIS and reporting. - Experience in data handling, data analysis, and managing HRMS (Workday). - Understanding of Tableau or any other data analysis tool is preferred. - High level of detail orientation, interpersonal skills, and integrity. - Strong organizational skills to meet timelines, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
