Job Description
We're hiring a full-time Frontend Engineer (React) to build the UI for a mission-critical ERP system at Babco Foods .
This is a serious engineering role — not marketing sites or basic dashboards. You'll be building systems used daily to run real operations (inventory, logistics, order flow).
India (remote)
Required Core Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – Experience: 5–10 years
You've built complex, data-heavy, applications , not just simple UIs
You can design frontend architecture — not just implement tickets
You understand performance, state management, and scalability
You take ownership and work with minimal supervision
Build and own large parts of the ERP frontend (React)
Coordinate closely with our Frontend Designer on projects that are ready to be deployed by you
Work directly with backend engineers on API design and data flow
Improve performance and usability of operational interfaces
Expert-level React (non-negotiable)
Hands-on experience on React Native APIs, React Flow, ECMAscript (OOJS) and JSX
Strong JavaScript fundamentals
Strong knowledge of CSS and animations
Experience with modern state management (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
Experience building real-world business systems (ERP, SaaS, internal tools)
TypeScript
Experience with data-heavy UIs (tables, workflows, real-time updates)
