Responsibilities

• Engage in inside sales efforts by communication with prospective customers through in-store/retail promotional events and face-to-face sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct retail sales activities by assisting customers, presenting product features, and closing sales effectively.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements that meet company targets.
• Manage sales administration tasks including maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, processing orders, and updating POS systems.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop skills that enhance brand representation and attract new customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills to interpret market data effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
