Hiring:US Mortgage Live Underwriter -Rotational Shifts - Upto 8.5Lpa

Location: Mumbai / Kochi

Experience: 2 - 6 Years

Salary: Up to 8.5 LPA

Shift: Rotational US Night Shifts

Mode: Work From Office

Eligibility:

• Experience in US Mortgage Underwriting / Live Underwriting
• Good communication skills with US clients
• Knowledge of 4 Cs of Underwriting (Credit, Capacity, Capital, Collateral)
• Familiarity with mortgage documents & LOS (Encompass preferred)
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze loan applications & borrower documents
• Perform income calculations and credit assessments
• Verify collateral, appraisal, title, and compliance documents
• Conduct QC audits and maintain audit-ready loan files
• Coordinate with processors, vendors, and underwriting teams
• Ensure compliance with US mortgage guidelines and SLAs

Graduation Mandatory

Selection Process: HR Round Technical Round Assessment
