Role:* Non-Voice Customer Support (Email/Chat Process)

• Day Shift
• 2-Way Cab Facility Available
• Cab Coverage: Up to 35 KM (Point-to-Point)
• Candidates opting out of cab facility will receive 2,000 allowance

Salary Details

• Experienced Candidates (Minimum 9 Months Experience in Email/Chat Support): Up to 3 LPA
• Freshers: 16,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 9 months of experience in Email Support or Chat Support for experienced package
• Freshers can also apply
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred

Interview Process

• 2 Virtual Rounds
• Final Round Offline/Face-to-Face
