Job Description
Role:* Non-Voice Customer Support (Email/Chat Process)
- Day Shift
- 2-Way Cab Facility Available
- Cab Coverage: Up to 35 KM (Point-to-Point)
- Candidates opting out of cab facility will receive 2,000 allowance
Salary Details
- Experienced Candidates (Minimum 9 Months Experience in Email/Chat Support): Up to 3 LPA
- Freshers: 16,000 per month
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 9 months of experience in Email Support or Chat Support for experienced package
- Freshers can also apply
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory
- Immediate joiners preferred
Interview Process
- 2 Virtual Rounds
- Final Round Offline/Face-to-Face
