Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Freshers) to join our team in Hyderabad. Candidates will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment cycle and supporting hiring needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates for joining formalities

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate (Except B.Tech / M.Tech)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work from office (Hyderabad)
• Immediate joiners preferred

Additional Information:

• Mandatory 1-month internship before full-time employment
• Open only for Male candidates
