Hiring For Medical Coding

Role: Home Health Medical Coding

Location: Hyderabad & Chennai

Experience: 1+ Year

Salary: Up to 80,000/month

Notice Period: Up to 2 Months

Certification: Certified & Non Certified

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Review and analyze Home Health patient records for accurate code assignment
• Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM codes based on clinical documentation
• Ensure coding compliance with Home Health coding guidelines and regulations
• Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards
• Identify missing or incomplete documentation and coordinate with the concerned teams
• Work on coding audits and quality checks when required
• Maintain confidentiality of patient health information
• Stay updated with coding changes, payer guidelines, and industry standards
• Meet daily/weekly coding targets within TAT
• Collaborate with QA and operations teams for process improvement

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Home Health coding concepts
• Understanding of ICD-10-CM guidelines and medical terminology
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain coding accuracy
• Basic computer and EMR/EHR knowledge preferred
