Role: Sales Manager Branch (Business Loans)

Sales Managers are a critical part of Axis Banks sales force, responsible for driving business acquisition, managing channel partners, and expanding the business loan portfolio through branch and openmarket sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve topline business targets through Branches, DSAs, Connectors & Channel teams
• Handle endtoend loan process from Login to Disbursement
• Build and nurture relationships with branches, DSAs, and channel partners
• Conduct sales promotion activities, events, expos & market activations
• Launch new products and provide market feedback to central teams
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
• Liaise with Credit / Operations teams for smooth processing
• Train and mentor Sales Executives & DSAs
• Monitor risk and prevent fraudulent / risky proposals
• Lead and motivate teams for high productivity and performance

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate / PostGraduate from a recognized institute
• Strong communication skills (English & local language)
• Proven expertise in Business Loan sales / SME / CBG lending
• Strong lead generation & conversion skills
• Ability to handle targets, pressure, and complex client scenarios
• Team handling, coaching, and mentoring capability
• High sales orientation with process and risk awareness

Preferred Background

• Business Loans / SME / LAP / Working Capital sales
• Channel sales (DSA / Connector model)
• Bank / NBFC experience
