Roofing Senior Estimator (Nagpur)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator with a strong background in roofing and siding projects for the North American market. If you have hands-on experience with takeoffs, cost estimation, and leading a team — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n

• Strong experience in roofing & siding estimation (residential + commercial)

\n

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for roofing and siding (shingles, metal roofing, flat roofs, vinyl siding, fiber cement, etc.)

\n

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents for accurate scope interpretation

\n

• Develop accurate Quantity estimates & competitive bids

\n

• Review drawings, specs & project scope

\n

• Lead and mentor junior estimators

\n

• Ensure high-quality and timely bid submissions

\n

\nRequirements:\n

\n

• 3+ years experience in roofing & siding estimation (USA/Canada)

\n

• Strong knowledge of tools like PlanSwift, Bluebeam, OST

\n

• Valuable understanding of North American construction practices

\n

• Leadership mindset with team handling experience

\n

\nJob Types: Full-time, Permanent\nPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month\n
