Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resource operations at our Indore office. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, payroll, compliance, training, employee engagement, performance management, and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Draft job descriptions and post openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate and conduct initial interviews, shortlist candidates, and schedule final rounds.
- Maintain a talent pool database for future requirements.
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and ID cards.
- Conduct induction sessions and ensure smooth joining formalities.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure new hires are integrated effectively.
3. Payroll & Attendance Management
- Maintain attendance records, leaves, and working hours through HR software or manual systems.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll data.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for salary disbursement and deductions.
- Manage compliance-related tasks such as PF, ESI, TDS, and professional tax.
4. Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain updated personnel files and employee master data.
- Handle documentation for confirmation, transfers, appraisals, and exits.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS data, and dashboards as required.
5. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote healthy employee relations and maintain discipline in the workplace.
- Support in implementing HR policies and procedures fairly and consistently.
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs through performance evaluations and feedback.
- Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and skill enhancement sessions.
- Track training attendance and maintain learning records.
7. Performance Management
- Assist in implementing the company’s performance appraisal process.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain evaluation reports.
- Coordinate with department heads for periodic performance reviews.
8. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Plan employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Foster a positive and professional work culture aligned with company values.
- Conduct periodic feedback and satisfaction surveys.
9. HR Operations & Compliance
- Draft, review, and maintain HR policies and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to labor laws and regulations.
- Support management in audits, inspections, and HR documentation reviews.
10. Exit Formalities
- Manage employee exit process including resignation acceptance, handover, and final settlement.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for retention improvement.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ethical, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: BBA, MBA (HR), B-Tech or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–3 Year (Freshers with HR internship experience may apply).
- Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (On-site position only).
Compensation
Up to ₹3 LPA (Based on performance and interview).
