Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Programme coordinator to join our team in Plus Industries. This permanent position plays a key leadership role in delivering services to individuals with a disability.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and train staff, serving as a role model and subject matter expert.
• Demonstrate respectful and empowering leadership to foster team success.
• Provide guidance and support to all.
• Facilitate service delivery across all programs, evaluate and modify to ensure they meet the changing needs of the individuals.
• Ensure the implementation and monitoring of person centered plans, comprehensive behaviour support plans and any other required documentation.
• Apply knowledge of policies and procedures, including relevant legislation and practice manuals.
• Liaise with community agencies.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of human services-related policies, practices and procedures.
• Typically, the knowledge and skills required for this position would be obtained through a diploma or degree in a Human Services related field and/or experience working in a human service setting.
