Job Description
Drive HR strategies and enhance employee relations as a Human Resources Advisor. Implement policies, support leaders, and address personnel concerns while ensuring effective staffing plans and recruitment processes.
You will work under the guidance of the Manager, HR, to develop and execute HR initiatives relevant to both business units and company objectives. Responsibilities include interpreting HR policies, resolving employee relations matters, and executing staffing plans with hiring managers. Your role will also involve monitoring training needs, supporting collective bargaining agreements, and contributing to HR system improvements.

Requirements
- Degree in HR or equivalent experience
